My goal has always been to produce a better surf kayak that was available in production. My designs have built upon what I have learned while working with designers like Mike Johnson, Steve Boehne and Randy Phillips and all surf kayak design is really about learning what works and evolving that. What is built into each kayak is the element of speed. Without that, you have nothing...no manuerver is done without speed. That really is first and foremost on my mind. There is more but too much to go into here!

I am truly happy that I have had alot of support for the designs I have completed to date. From friends and family, to the customers, and of course, the best manufacturer in the World. I have had the opportunity to work with some really good composite manufacturers, but Murky Waters is the one company who stepped up and produced my designs the way I wanted — Strong, Light, & Economical.
